At EliteStocks, we aim to deliver all digital products with efficiency and convenience. Here’s a breakdown of how we handle shipping for your purchases:

1. Delivery Channels

All products ordered through EliteStocks are digital and will be delivered via the following channels:

Email: The digital products will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.

WhatsApp: Additionally, products will be sent to the WhatsApp contact number provided at the time of purchase.


2. Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, your digital products will be delivered within 1-2 business hours. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours  or more depending on the volume of orders.


3. Accuracy of Information

To ensure prompt delivery, please double-check the following details before placing your order:

Email Address: Ensure that your email is accurate and can receive emails.

WhatsApp Number: Make sure your WhatsApp number is active and correctly entered.


4. Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your digital products within 24 hours, kindly check your spam/junk email folder and your WhatsApp messages.

5. Refunds & Replacements

As digital products are delivered electronically, no physical shipping fees apply.

Refunds: Our refund policy has been changed since 23-08-2023, please check out our refund policy page for more info.

In case of technical difficulties, we will resend the products at no extra charge.
